It's easy to return a garment to us. For all returns please email us at help@cuteordare.com before you send off your package. Please do not reject the delivery as this is very slow (can take weeks) and risks loss and damage. We will not refund rejected deliveries.
Pack it up carefully (maybe in the bag in which it came to you) and send it to the address below.
Please take a copy or photo of the original delivery note and enclose the original with the delivery.
We will refund or exchange your order once we have received it in its original condition.
We advise you to use tracked postage for proof of delivery, however we do not refund return postage. Please let us have the tracking once you have it.
