Orders to EU: There is no tax free amount and so there will be a charge billed by your post office and this must be paid before you can receive the goods.

30 Day returns.

It's easy to return a garment to us. Please email us at help@cuteordare.com before you send off your package. Please do not reject the delivery as this is very slow (can take weeks) and risks loss and damage.  We will not refund rejected deliveries.

Please pack it up carefully (maybe in the bag in which it came to you) and send it to the address below.

Once we receive it we will do the refund for you.

Please take a copy of the original delivery note and enclose the original with the delivery so we can see who the return is from.

We will refund or exchange your order once received and passed as re-saleable.

We advise you to use tracked postage for proof of delivery, however we do not refund return postage.

Please let us have the tracking once you have it. I will then set up your new order.
